Martin Blackman

Martin Blackman is a highly respected tennis coach, former professional player, and leader in player development. As General Manager of USTA Player Development for nine years, he was instrumental in identifying and training the next generation of American tennis talent. A former top junior and NCAA champion at Stanford, Blackman competed on the ATP Tour before transitioning to coaching, where he led American University to multiple conference titles and helped build the Junior Tennis Champions Center into a premier training facility. With deep expertise in talent development, coaching education, and program innovation, he continues to shape the future of American tennis.
